The Bishop is Coming!
That’s right, the Right Reverend Deon Johnson will be making his first Sunday morning visitation to St. Peter’s on June 20. For most of us, this will be our first opportunity to worship with the 11th Bishop of the Diocese of Missouri. Please come extend a warm welcome to Bishop Deon at either the 8:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. worship service (the latter will include a joyful celebration of the sacrament of Confirmation!). When you register for worship, please also let us know if you would like to attend the 9:15 Bishop’s Forum, complete with a box breakfast, in the Laird Garden. Bishop Deon is looking forward to answering your questions and getting to know the people of St. Peter’s. Coffee hour will follow the 10:30 a.m. service.
