Children

There are wonderful opportunities for learning and fellowship for children at St. Peter’s. We offer nursery care during Sunday morning worship, Sunday School classes, and a children’s choir.  There are liturgical opportunities for all ages to participate in the service! We also offer special events designed for children that occur throughout the year: Vacation Bible School in June, the pet blessing service on the feast day of St. Francis in October, and the annual Christmas Pageant. Come join the fun!

Sunday School

Children and families are an important part of the life of St. Peter’s Church. Our Sunday School program is for children from three years of age through seventh grade. Children participate in learning the story of God’s love through Bible stories in print and video, games, crafts, and conversation. We create a positive environment for making friends and developing their faith. Each week from September through May, children attend Sunday School at 10:30 a.m. and join their families for the latter part of the worship service. We also offer Summer Sunday School!

Nursery care is available in the Little Building for children up to four years of age.

Vacation Bible School 2018

There is something very special indeed about St. Peter’s Episcopal Church’s Vacation Bible School!  Please join us for an adventure into learning about the Fruit of the Spirit. Learn right along with your children as we explore Galatians 5:22, “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
