Thank you for a Wonderful Christmas Pageant!
St. Peter’s Memorable Christmas Pageant
The way the children at St. Peter’s earnestly told the story of the birth of Jesus Christ, the beautiful music provided by David Sinden and the Choir, and the lovely single star shining over the manger all created an unforgettable experience for the overflowing crowd at the Christmas Eve service.
The Readers made the Nativity story come to life through their confident and clear voices; Mary, Joseph and a charming donkey were a perfect centerpiece for the story; The Angel Gabriel and Angel of The Lord were powerful; the Emperor, Innkeeper and soldier provided the needed dignified parts; the camels and the sheep couldn’t have been more realistic; our Seraphim and Cherubim were lovely heavenly messengers; the Shepherds shared the joyful news to the parishioners of the birth of the Christ Child; and the (all four!) Kings’ solemn pace, beautiful robes, and gifts concluded the Pageant in just the right way, kneeling in front of the manger bed.
