GiFT (Giving is a Family Tradition) is a small St. Louis based nonprofit dedicated to serving NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) babies and their families. Our Destination Home program is making a profound and meaningful impact in the lives of these amazingly strong families. Parents in the NICU experience higher levels of emotional and financial stress and the average length of stay for a GiFT baby in the NICU is 120 days, creating a sustained crisis for many NICU families. GiFT offers a support service like no other in our area, addressing the unique challenges NICU families face. 

GiFT's mission is to empower NICU families. We foster resilience, hope, and healing during and after the NICU journey through education, providing critical infant care supplies, and cultivating community. Our vision to improve family health outcomes and reduce infant mortality the greater St. Louis area.
