Thank You to St Peter’s Ladue

It was a joy to be with you last Sunday. Thank you for your hospitality, good food, your questions, and your concerns. The conversations afterward were invigorating. I have several new ideas!

I attempted to separate our partnership between Trinity Food Ministry and St Peter’s and the forum talk about the Jubilee Ministry “Just” Food Truck. Yet, I couldn’t simply because these two are actually the same. Both are about food justice. The food truck’s mission is to meet the people where they are.

Regardless, I must say thanks for the fabulous ingathering of groceries for the 1^st Sunday in June for Trinity Food Ministry. You filled the cabinets!

I do hope that we can have more conversations about the Just Food Truck. The renovations to the shuttle bus should begin soon with a planned date of August for its completion. St. Peter’s will be one of the first Sunday stops in the Fall.
