Invite Welcome Connect Workship Saturday, November 22

Discover New Ways to Invite, Welcome, and Connect New Visitors to St. Peter's
Saturday, November 22, 9:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Church in the Undercroft
St. Peter's is thrilled to host the Invite Welcome Connect Workshop, a dynamic hands-on experience designed to help congregations deepen their culture of hospitality and connection. This nationally recognized program – developed by church leader Mary Foster Parmer, one of the founders of the Invite Welcome Connect movement – has inspired churches across the country to transform how they invite newcomers, welcome guests, and help all members find meaningful ways to connect.
Throughout the day during this workshop, participants will engage in interactive training and small-group work using the Invite Welcome Connect checklists, idea pages, and real-life examples. Together, we'll explore best practices from congregations nationwide and identify creative ways to bring this transformational work to life here at St. Peter's.
We especially encourage and invite anyone who feels called to strengthen community life at St. Peter's to attend, whether long-time or newer parishioners – both will make this workshop more enriching.
Join us for a day of inspiration, collaboration, and faithful imagination as we discern how God is calling St. Peter's to deepen its ministry of invitation, welcome and connection.
