This initial session of the Living Tradition series explores the liturgy of Choral Evensong (also known as Evening Prayer). We will discuss its historic pattern and its use at St. Peter's, both in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and in the last three decades.

The virtual conversation takes place on Zoom on Sunday, September 27 at 1:30. Access at this Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83309454595?pwd=QU9GYWMwMW5Yd1BzTVh6V1FlREpNQT09

In advance of this conversation, you may be interested to read "Evensong is for Everyone!", an article that explains Evensong as it has been conducted at St. Peter's.
