12:00 p.m. Artist Reception for Mary-Catherine Hodges

Join us for an Artist Reception on Sunday, August 2, from 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. as we celebrate the opening of my prayer is that you don’t forget playfulness, an exhibition by Colorado artist Mary-Catherine Hodges. The exhibition will be on view in St. Peter’s Gallery from August 2 through September 8.

Working from her studio in the mountains of Bailey, Colorado, Hodges creates abstract paintings that explore memory, communication, and human connection through layers of color, texture, and fragmented language. In this series, she invites viewers to slow down, embrace playfulness, and reflect on the ways we find meaning and connection in an increasingly busy and overstimulating world.
